Shipping Information

Accurate shipping options are displayed at checkout after you enter your full address. You can review shipping rates and estimated delivery times directly on Selecdeals Store before completing your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Any item can be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy.

• If you notice a defect, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with you to make it right.

• Minor differences in sizing that fall within the permitted tolerance are not considered defects (see below).

Size Tolerances

Because our products are print-on-demand, small variations in sizing can occur:

• Most garments: up to 1 inch (2.54 cm) difference.

• Specific styles (Bella+Canvas 3001, Gildan 5000, Comfort Colors® 1717, Gildan 64000, Gildan 18000, Gildan 18500): up to 1.5 inches (3.81 cm).

• Baby garments: up to 0.5 inches (1.27 cm).

If your item differs more than the tolerance listed, please reach out to our support team.

Customer Responsibility

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. Since items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

Legal & International Requirements

For EU customers, we comply with GPSR and applicable consumer protection regulations. Certain regions, including the EU and Northern Ireland, offer a 2-year warranty in line with Directive 1999/44/EC. A cooling-off period may apply depending on local regulations.

Care Instructions

• Remove all items from the bag before cleaning.

• Pretreat stains with stain remover.

• Use warm water with laundry detergent and clean with a terry washcloth or soft bristle brush.

• Allow the bag to air dry.

Shipping Restrictions

Our print providers ship worldwide with the exception of North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Please note: temporary restrictions or delays may affect deliveries to some regions depending on carrier limitations.
